Job Title: BIM Lead (3x Positions)
Locations: Switzerland, Germany, Spain
Contract Duration: 12+ months

Rate: €400 – 450 per day
Overview:
We are seeking 3 BIM Leads to join high-profile projects in Switzerland, Spain and Germany.. These client and construction-facing roles require candidates to handle construction-related queries, manage on-site BIM activities, and lead key meetings (clash, design reviews). You will also be expected to conduct regular site walk-downs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the on-site BIM representative, handling Revit MEP and Navisworks.
- Lead and chair design and clash meetings.
- Answer construction-related questions and resolve site issues.
- Perform regular site inspections and walk-downs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of BIM Lead experience.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
- Prior site experience is essential (data centre experience preferred but not required).
- Flexibility for overtime when required.
Additional Information:
- 45 hours per week (7:30 AM – 5/6 PM), with flexibility for overtime.
- Rotations: Either flight back every 2 weeks or once per month.
