    Change Manager – Data Centre | Norway

    Location: VLB1A, Norway
    Rotation: Minimum 10/4 (Many team members currently on 3/1)
    Package: €120-130k plus travel and accommodation

    Our client is seeking a Change Manager to oversee contractual and commercial changes on a large-scale Data Centre project in Norway. This is a critical role that ensures smooth change management processes, risk mitigation, and cost control-all while working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Change Control & Administration – Manage changes across the supply chain, including EWNs, CORs, and COs
    Earned Value Management (EVM) – Ensure changes are accurately reflected in project performance metrics
    Contract Compliance – Keep change management aligned with contractual obligations, maximizing value recovery
    Stakeholder Management – Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth documentation and approvals
    Cost & Risk Management – Evaluate financial and schedule impacts, ensuring mitigation measures are in place
    Reporting & Documentation – Maintain clear, organized records and provide regular updates to senior management
    Process Improvement – Drive best practices in change control for greater efficiency and compliance

    What We’re Looking For:

    Proven experience in Change Management within major infrastructure or data centre projects
    Strong knowledge of contract administration (NEC3 or similar)

    EVM expertise and familiarity with project controls
    Ability to thrive in a high-paced, large-scale construction environment
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
    Experience with Primavera P6 (or similar planning tools) is a plus
    International project experience, particularly in Scandinavia, is an advantage
