Job Description:
As a CSA Manager for a Data Centre project in Milan, you will be responsible for managing the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of the project. Your role will involve overseeing the design, construction, and quality assurance of the CSA packages, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with contractors, engineers, and cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring the successful integration of CSA works with mechanical and electrical systems while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all CSA activities, from design to execution and commissioning.
- Ensure all CSA works are delivered on schedule and meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth project flow.
- Monitor progress and manage any issues related to civil, structural, or architectural works.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CSA management for large-scale projects, ideally data centres.
- Strong knowledge of construction, structural design, and architectural processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
