What You’ll Be Doing

Own the Site – Oversee daily operations, keeping everything on track.
Deliver on Time – Lead the program and ensure deadlines are met.
Quality First – Work with QA teams to maintain the highest standards, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
Problem-Solving Pro – Tackle challenges, monitor progress, and drive solutions.
Team Leadership – Coordinate contractors, run subcontractor meetings, and keep the team working seamlessly.
Safety Champion – Take ownership of health, safety, and housekeeping, ensuring a safe and productive site.

What You’ll Need

🔹 Trade qualification or construction-related degree
🔹 5+ years’ experience as a finishing foreman/manager on large-scale projects
🔹 Strong leadership & management skills – keeping projects productive and on schedule
🔹 Data centre experience is a plus – but large-scale project experience is key!
🔹 Hands-on approach with a sharp focus on safety and quality
