The Role: Your Next Big Move
As an Electrical Lead, you’ll take the reins of cutting-edge projects, ensuring the seamless installation and commissioning of state-of-the-art electrical systems. Working alongside a high-performing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results on these mission-critical projects.
Your Responsibilities

• Master the Systems: Develop a deep understanding of project electrical systems and ensure their installation aligns with specifications and timelines.
• Safety First: Champion health and safety across all stakeholders and ensure compliance in every decision and action.
• Drive Commissioning Excellence: Collaborate on Commissioning Implementation Plans and oversee execution to meet exacting project standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of Electrical, BAS/BMS, and CSA works to ensure client requirements are exceeded.
• Optimize Resources: Review and manage the temporary construction power system to align with ongoing project needs.
• Lead Collaborations: Chair meetings with project stakeholders, both onsite and offsite, to keep projects on track.
• Manage Sub-Contractors: Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring progress and manpower align with project schedules.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

• A 3rd Level Degree in Building Services/Electrical Engineering or a Trade background.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a site-based MEP role.
• Proven expertise in hyperscale data centre projects.
• Exceptional collaboration and team leadership skills.
