A leading global market leading contractor is actively seeking an MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in the Nordics area with a huge pipeline of work in UK, Ireland & Europe. The role
- As the MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a major role in delivering one of the largest data centre projects in the Nordics.
- You’ll be at the heart of a transformative project, overseeing large, complex mechanical and electrical packages.
- You will drive commercial success, ensuring cost control and contract management for the delivery of cutting-edge MEP systems in this high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
- Working closely with the design, engineering, and project management teams, your decisions will shape the future of hyperscale data centre infrastructure in Europe.
Could this role be for you?
- 7+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong focus on MEP systems and large-scale, mission-critical projects such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, or high-tech manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems within a construction environment.
- Proven ability to manage high-value contracts, oversee complex tendering processes, and deliver projects within budget.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. Professional membership with RICS or similar is desirable.
