    • Risk Management & Mitigation
      • Identify potential project delays and work proactively with the project teams to mitigate risks.
      • Implement contingency plans to minimize disruption and ensure the projects remain on track.
      • Monitor MEP systems integration into overall project schedules, ensuring alignment with construction milestones.
    • Resource Management
      • Work with project managers to ensure the necessary resources (manpower, equipment, materials) are available to meet the schedule.
      • Optimize resource allocation between both projects to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Quality Assurance & Reporting
      • Ensure that the project schedules meet company and client quality standards.
      • Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to project directors and stakeholders.
      • Ensure accurate tracking of project milestones and timely completion of deliverables.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in MEP planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
      • Extensive experience in planning and delivering large-scale data centre projects.
      • Experience in planning for international projects, particularly in the Nordics, is a plus.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in project management and planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
      • Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing, within a data centre environment.

    • Soft Skills:
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
