Job Title: Owners Representative (Data Centers)

Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for construction and a readiness to hit the road? We’re seeking an Owner’s Representative to lead high-stakes, mission-critical projects across the U.S. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground expert, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met-every step of the way.
The position
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Oversee full project lifecycle from planning through closeout
- Coordinate contractors, design teams, and site operations
- Manage RFPs, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation
- Maintain clear communication with off-site owners and stakeholders
- Conduct inspections, monitor commissioning, and ensure compliance
Could this role be for you?
- 5+ years managing $1M+ construction projects (data centers, power, telecom preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, MOPs, AC/DC systems
- Proficiency in MS Office & tools like Procore
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time and work on-site during project phases
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent experience) – Preferred
- Experience mentoring or leading teams – Preferred
