    We’re seeking an experienced Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager to join a leading team at the heart of a major data centre operation in Docklands, London. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing robust risk, compliance, and quality strategies across a dynamic and high-performance environment.

    The Role
    As a senior leader within the Data Centre Solutions team, you will drive risk mitigation, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, and support best-in-class operational standards. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure that safety, quality, and compliance are embedded across every process and every site.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and standardisation of compliance and QHSE documentation and procedures across the account.
    • Conduct regular audits across the portfolio to ensure compliance with internal policies, ISO standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
    • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and strategic insight on risk and compliance across all Data Centre operations.
    • Liaise with client-side compliance teams to ensure unified direction and shared goals.
    • Manage documentation control processes, ensuring alignment with ISO certifications and best practices.
    • Review incident reports, deliver root cause analyses, and ensure lessons learned are embedded into operational teams.
    • Support new business transitions with a focus on embedding robust risk and compliance procedures from day one.
    • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring metrics and analytics, and turning insights into actionable strategies.
    • Champion a culture of quality, safety, and integrity, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned in delivering exceptional service.

    What You’ll Bring

    • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality standards, particularly within data centres or critical environments.
    • Demonstrated experience in risk management, compliance auditing, and ISO documentation control.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide multi-disciplinary teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems management tools.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure while driving high standards across the board.
