The company
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Owner’s Representative to lead complex, high-impact construction projects in the mission-critical space. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a sharp eye for detail, and know how to keep large teams aligned, this is your chance to own the build from start to finish.
The position
- Oversee full project lifecycle-from planning to closeout
- Act as the owner’s on-site lead, managing GCs, design teams, and stakeholders
- Monitor construction progress, schedules, and budgets
- Resolve field issues, drive quality control, and manage risk
- Handle RFIs, submittals, inspections, and project documentation
- Lead commissioning and handover process
Could this role be for you?
- 8+ years in mission-critical or technical construction (data centers, power facilities, etc.)
- Proven experience as an Owner’s Rep or senior project manager
- Strong knowledge of MOPs, AC/DC systems, and construction best practices
- Skilled in Procore, MS Office, and schedule/budget management
- Bachelor’s in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
