What You’ll Do:

• Incident Management: Provide immediate medical attention for workplace injuries or illnesses, ensuring swift and effective care.
• Promote Wellness: Develop and lead health initiatives, from hydration awareness to mental health programs, keeping our team energised and motivated.
• Preventative Care: Conduct health screenings, monitor site conditions, and identify potential risks to prevent incidents before they happen.
• Training & Education: Deliver engaging health and safety workshops, empowering employees to prioritise their well-being.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Health & Safety team to ensure compliance with health regulations and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current certification. Occupational health experience is a plus but not essential.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in emergencies.
• Passion: A proactive approach to promoting health and safety in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: The flexibility to thrive in a non-clinical setting and collaborate with a diverse team.
