Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance of our Data Centre in Docklands. The site currently operates 5MW across 3 data halls, with additional halls coming online in the next 2 months. The role involves leading a team of shift leaders to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of 4 shift leaders, ensuring operational excellence and effective performance.
• Oversee the daily operations of the 5MW live site across 3 data halls, ensuring the integrity and reliability of critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and operational procedures.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive work.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high service levels.
• Assist in the development and training of staff, ensuring a highly skilled and motivated team.
• Support the expansion of the data centre by managing new halls coming online and integrating them into the operational workflow.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
• Must have HVAP
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a data centre or similar critical environment.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices and data centre operations.
