How many days annual leave do data centre professionals receive?
Across eligible Permanent respondents in the 2026 survey, the median annual leave allowance is 25 days. Country figures shown in the tool exclude public and bank holidays.
Methodology: Figures are calculated from responses to “How many days holiday do you get annually?” in the 2026 DataX Connect Salary Survey. Public and bank holidays are excluded. Confidence levels are High Confidence (30+ used country responses), Medium Confidence (10–29), and Low / Limited Confidence (fewer than 10). C-suite data is not displayed publicly due to confidentiality and the significant variation in executive roles and reward structures. Results with fewer than five used responses are directional only.
