Methodology: We asked respondents which benefits they currently receive, which they would like to receive, and how satisfied they are with their benefits. These results are shown by job family. Confidence is based on valid responses for each question: High (50+), Moderate (20–49), and Limited (fewer than 20). C-suite data is not displayed publicly due to confidentiality and the significant variation in executive roles and reward structures. For executive-level benchmarking, Data eXec, our Executive Search company can provide tailored insight through a private and confidential conversation. Results below the minimum threshold are directional only.

Our data comes directly from professionals working across the data centre industry, not advertised salaries or scraped job-board data. The results shown provide a broad market benchmark. When you work with us, we go deeper, adding our recruitment data and real-time market intelligence, including current salaries and candidate expectations, talent availability, competitor activity, new projects and market entrants.
