Joshua Au: Keeping the Digital Heart Pumping.

In this episode I am joined by Joshua Au. Joshua has had an extensive career in the data centre sector and he is very passionate about improving the perception of the sector.

First we discuss Joshua’s career in the sector and how he has progressed to where he is today. Joshua is also the Singapore Chapter Lead for iMasons and therefore he has an excellent insight to the current trends within the region.

We then discuss a number of key topics within the sector. Firstly we discuss the importance of sustainability and how we all have a part to play in ensuring the future growth of the sector. Then we look at the challenges around talent and how education is a vital component in producing the data centre engineers of tomorrow.

Joshua is very passionate and raises some great points around what the sector needs to do to continue along its rapid growth path. We need to keep the digital heart pumping!
