DataX Connect was born out of a requirement for a genuine global data centre recruitment specialist.
With a start-up team of three consultants we set about changing the way data centre recruitment was conducted by having a clear vision of providing exceptional customer experience. As our team expanded, so did our service offering and we now provide a full spectrum of recruitment services to specialist data centre organisations across the globe.
Back in 2017 on the 17th of August, DataX was created. We wanted to dedicate more time and focus on the Data Centre industry as we became more aware and involved in the incredible growth and challenges the industry experiences. This resulted in DataX Connect being born.
Led by the now famous (or so he says) podcast influencer Andy Davis, the DataX team grew from Highfield and became a leading brand in the data centre industry.
