Reports to: Shift Supervisor
The Company
We are working with one of the fastest growing client side Data Centre companies in the EMEA region. With multiple sites having gone live at the end of last year, there is a clear pathway for long term development given the number of sites coming online in the near future.
The Position
You would be working directly for the client and looking after a relatively new Data Centre in Slough. This site went live last year. For this role you will be required to work as part of the shift engineering team. You will work closely with the team to make a positive impact on site.
We are looking for someone with a good knowledge and understanding of Critical Mechanical & Electrical Equipment. As a key member of the engineering team, you will responsible for the inspection, operation and maintenance of all associated assets within the Data Centre, with a primary focus on relevant Electrical & Mechanical asset maintenance (Planned, Reactive and Corrective).
Could this be for you?
Qualifications & Knowledge
- Experience in working with AHU’s, chillers, motors and pumps in a critical environment
- Ideally have an extensive knowledge of Mechanical equipment and undertaking PPM and reactive tasks on a Data Centre site
- Relevant mechanical qualification ideally F-Gas or equivalent
