The company

You will be joining a market leading general contractor who are renowned for being specialists in the ever-expanding data center sector. As a result of further project success, they are seeking high level candidates to take the company forward in the coming years.

The position

The Scheduler will develop project schedules, coordinate and integrate project schedule input from project managers. The position will require the ability to analyse subcontractor developed construction schedules and ensure consistent development of construction schedules according to sound industry practices.

Could this role be for you?

• Manage and direct the corporate schedule effort to industry standards.
• Responsible for bid/proposal schedules, baseline schedules, schedule updates and time impact analysis.
• Provides project and company management with the necessary tools for project schedule control.
• Collects and reports progress, evaluates schedule variances, develops work-arounds plans, and coordinates resolution of variances.

Role Requirements

• A college degree in a construction related field is preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience as a project manager with scheduling responsibilities.
