Adam Gibson – How a chance meeting at a gaming event led to a career in data centres

Adam comes from an IT background and entered the data center sector following a chance meeting at a gaming event. We discuss how Adam first entered the sector, how the Australian data center is responding to challenges around connectivity and climate, how the industry can attract more engineers in to the sector, and how we can all work together to increase the branding of the industry.
