Marc started his career following the graduate route and he shares how this route has benefited his long term career and how he transitioned to a role within the data centre sector.

We then discuss Schneider Electric and their involvement within the data centre sector. We discuss how they look to lead from the front to ensure they are at the forefront of the sector. Marc outlines the importance of sustainability to the organisation and how it means much more than just net-zero.

Finally we discuss the talent challenge and some of the initiatives Schneider have established to help attract new talent to the sector.
