I’m a Contract Recruitment Consultant specialising exclusively in Mechanical & Electrical site support within the Data Centre sector, recruiting contract and freelance professionals across the UK and Europe. I support contractors and specialist subcontractors on fast-paced, complex data centre projects, recruiting roles such as M&E Supervisors, Mechanical & Electrical Leads, Package Managers, Construction Managers, and Project Managers.

I pride myself on delivering a quick, honest, and consultative service, while creating a high-quality, memorable experience for both clients and candidates. My goal is to become the most trusted specialist recruiter in the Data Centre M&E market, built on expertise, relationships, and consistent delivery. WHO I AM

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my other half, walking my dog Kobie, hitting the gym, or out on the golf course (usually somewhere in the trees or the rough). I’m a huge football fan and a proud Arsenal supporter — apologies in advance. I’m a real sucker for a sweet treat, so I try to keep myself in check with an early-morning gym routine and a fairly disciplined diet – 6am starts are the norm for me, but what a way to start the day! I’m relatively new to the data centre recruitment space, having spent the past three years recruiting in a different industry, but recruitment itself has always been a genuine passion of mine. I bring that enthusiasm into my work every day, focusing on building strong relationships, taking a consultative and honest approach, and making the hiring journey a positive and memorable experience for both clients and candidates.
