My biggest motivation is my family and are at the heart of everything I do. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me planning our next holiday adventure or cheering on my son at BMX races, where he competes nationally. I’m passionate about great food, music, and Formula 1, and I thrive on challenges – if someone tells me I can’t do something, I’ll do everything I can to prove them wrong.
