    Your Role:

    As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for projects.
    • Collaborate with field teams to ensure robust safety plans tailored to project needs.
    • Serve as the main liaison with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to align goals and objectives.
    • Coordinate contract deliverable, quality testing, and reporting requirements with Pre-Construction and Field Supervision teams.
    • Design staging, logistics, and phasing plans to streamline project work flows.
    • Oversee subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and performance.
    • Manage project start-up, including permitting, mobilisation, and team on boarding.
    • Lead project scheduling, updates, and regular coordination meetings.
    • Drive quality control and safety compliance across all phases of the project.
    • Monitor budgets, labour forecasts, and material/equipment expenditures.
    • Oversee project closeout processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
    • Mentor and guide assistant project managers and interns, helping them grow their careers.

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Or relevant experience).
    • At least 4 years of construction experience, with expertise in managing complex projects.
    • Familiarity with architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical construction.
    • Proficiency in project management software like Prolog or equivalent systems.
    • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
