Job Title: Commissioning Manager – Electrical
Location: Slough
Duration: Contract until end of year, with strong likelihood of extension to March 2026
Rate: £450/day (outside IR35)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Commissioning Manager (CxM) to support a data centre project in Slough. The role sits with an electrical contractor and focuses on Level 3 and Level 4 commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical commissioning across substations, generators, busbars, and UPS systems.
• Oversee Level 3 and Level 4 commissioning execution.
• Coordinate with site teams and stakeholders to ensure commissioning milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with commissioning procedures and safety standards.
• Utilise standard commissioning software (no specialist platforms required).

Contract Details:

• Full-time, 5 days per week on site in Slough.
• Initial contract until December 2025, with strong likelihood of extension until at least March 2026.
• £450/day (outside IR35).

Interview Process:

• Stage 1: 30-minute interview.
• Stage 2: 45-60 minute interview.
