The company
A leading global market leading contractor is actively seeking an MEP Manager to work on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Europe with a huge pipeline of work globally. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value projects within a stable and rapidly expanding sector.
The role
- As the MEP Manager you will play a major role in delivering one of the largest data centre projects in Europe.
- Responsible for managing the whole MEP team.
- Review and analyse new design change directives to identify impacts on MEP activities, verify alignment with site progress, and determine any resulting programme adjustments.
- Support MEPF contractors with commissioning guidance, manage L1-L3 commissioning, and interface with the client’s Cx team to deliver L4-L5 commissioning.
Could this role be for you?
- Degree in Building Services/Engineering or equivalent trade qualification
- 5+ years of leadership experience in site-based MEP roles
- Proven track record in delivering hyperscale data centre projects
