    The Role

    We’re seeking a Commissioning Field Technician II to support large-scale commissioning projects across the U.S. In this role, you’ll build on foundational commissioning experience by taking on troubleshooting, testing, and reporting responsibilities. You’ll work hands-on with electrical, mechanical, and control systems-validating performance, solving problems, and ensuring quality outcomes.

    As you grow in the role, you’ll gain greater autonomy, sharpen problem-solving skills, and directly contribute to mission-critical infrastructure projects.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform on-site inspection, validation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems

    • Support factory witness testing and observe startup activities

    • Assist in developing commissioning plans, test scripts, and checklists

    • Review design documents, shop drawings, and sequences of operations

    • Prepare reports and communicate progress with project stakeholders

    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and project requirements


    What We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, or controls infrastructure OR a degree in engineering/construction-related field

    • Working knowledge of commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting

    • Proficiency in MS Office; strong organizational and reporting skills

    • Ability to work independently in remote environments and on fast-paced projects

    • Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. (up to 75%)

    • NFPA70E / OSHA certifications (or willingness to obtain)
