    Scheduler – Data Centre Construction

    Location: Middenmeer, Netherlands
    Sector: Mission Critical / Data Centres
    Reports to: Project Controls Manager / Project Director


    Role Purpose

    The Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for a hyperscale data centre construction project. This role ensures that all activities are properly sequenced, resourced, and tracked to support timely delivery and informed decision-making.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
    • Integrate schedules across disciplines including CSA, MEP, commissioning, and client milestones.
    • Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance and forecast future activities.
    • Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
    • Collaborate with project controls, construction, and commercial teams to ensure alignment.
    • Support reporting requirements including dashboards, look-aheads, and earned value metrics.
    • Participate in planning meetings and provide schedule insights to stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual and client reporting standards.

    Essential Qualifications & Experience

    • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
    • Experience in project scheduling, ideally within mission-critical or data centre environments.
    • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
    • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project lifecycle phases.
    • Experience with fast-track delivery models and large-scale infrastructure projects.
    • Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

    Desirable Attributes

    • Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC, or similar contract forms.
    • Experience integrating schedules with cost and resource data.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
