About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to join our team on a major data centre project in Finland. The project is entering a busy phase, and we require an additional on-site Quality professional to provide leadership, ensure compliance with standards, and support the delivery of a world-class facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of quality assurance on site.
- Coordinate with construction, mechanical, electrical, and CSA teams to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Chair and contribute to quality-related meetings with project stakeholders.
- Oversee quality documentation, inspections, and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain best practices across all quality processes.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a QA / Quality Management role within large-scale construction or data centre projects.
- Strong MEP background, with working knowledge of CSA, mechanical, electrical, and general construction disciplines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills – confident in leading meetings and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and reporting systems.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
