The Role

As a Senior Project Superintendent, you’ll oversee the field operations of large, complex data center projects while ensuring profitability, safety, and timely delivery. Partnering closely with the Project Manager, you’ll manage schedules, budgets, and staffing to achieve successful outcomes. You’ll also lead by example, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence while building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

What You’ll Bring:

• A proven track record of delivering data center or critical engineering projects.
• 8+ years of field and project construction management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in reading construction documents, knowledge of methods and materials, and exceptional leadership skills to mentor and develop teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively with owners, designers, and engineers.
• A progressive, adaptable mindset to tackle challenges and innovate on the job.
