    • Review and approve Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for energization, tie-ins, and related system activities.

    • Conduct field inspections and walk-downs to verify installation quality and readiness for energization.

    • Lead First of Kind (FOK) inspections to ensure consistency and adherence to standards across all installations.

    • Perform root cause analyses and lead corrective/preventive action plans for any quality issues.

    • Collaborate closely with design teams, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain quality and compliance across all project phases.

    • Mentor and support project staff, fostering a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

    • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems.

    • Strong understanding of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain professional relationships with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
