The role
Due to new project wins and sustained growth, the business is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join their team in the Netherlands. This is a key hire supporting a major hyperscale data centre programme, responsible for managing contract compliance, commercial reporting, and stakeholder coordination across a fast-paced construction environment.
The client is open to candidates coming from:
- Quantity Surveying
- Planning / Engineering
- Project Controls
- Commercial or contractual management roles
Could this role be for you?
- 10+ years’ experience in construction, engineering, or commercial roles
- Strong background in contract administration at senior level
- Experience on large-scale projects. data centres, industrial, pharma, hyperscale, or major infrastructure
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement routes, and commercial processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a high-pressure delivery environment
