Regional Health & Safety Campus Lead

Known for delivering complex hyperscale projects across Europe, the business continues to expand its project delivery teams due to a significant pipeline of secured work across the EMEA region.

The role

Due to continued growth and multiple new project awards, the business is seeking a Regional H&S Campus Lead to oversee health and safety operations across major hyperscale data centre campuses within either the Netherlands or Nordic region.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple live projects, leading regional H&S teams, and working closely with senior project stakeholders within a fast-paced mission-critical environment.

Could this role be for you?

• 10+ years’ experience within Health & Safety leadership roles across construction projects
• Strong background working for a main contractor on large-scale projects
• Experience within data centres, industrial, pharma, hyperscale, or major infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong understanding of European health & safety legislation and best practice
• Experience leading site-based and regional H&S teams across multiple projects
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive a positive safety culture across large project teams
• Strong reporting, auditing, and incident investigation capability
• Excellent communication and leadership skills within high-pressure delivery environments
