We’re supporting a leading European data centre operator as they build out a brand-new project team to deliver a major live development in West Yorkshire.

This is an opportunity to join client-side and play a key role in one of the UK’s most exciting mission critical construction projects.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you’ll help deliver a world-class facility in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contribution will have a real impact from day one.

Own the services delivery.

We’re looking for an experienced MEP construction professional to help deliver the mechanical and electrical packages on a major data centre project.

Working alongside the Project Director, you’ll coordinate contractors, manage interfaces and ensure the services installation progresses safely, efficiently and to programme. You’ll play a key role in keeping one of the most critical elements of the project moving forward.

What you’ll bring

• Mechanical or Electrical construction management experience
• Main contractor background
• Strong building services knowledge
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Mission critical or data centre experience would be advantageous
