Rate: Up to €850 per day – €7,500 to €8,500 NET

About The Role:

• Lead the delivery of all CSA packages on site, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are met
• Manage CSA subcontractors and coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless progress
• Oversee inspections, snagging, and close-out activities for White Wall handover
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and keep project milestones on track
• Ensure all works adhere to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards

About You:

• Proven experience as a CSA Lead or similar role on large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural disciplines
• Excellent coordination and management skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in data centre or similar hyperscale projects
• Knowledge of Finnish construction regulations
• English language proficiency

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate and work in Lohja, Finland
• Valid right to work in Finland
