About The Role:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of all mechanical packages on-site
• Manage installation activities and coordinate with subcontractors
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within quality standards
• Review and approve technical drawings and work programmes
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with health and safety policies

About You:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Lead in large-scale data centre projects
• Main contractor background is essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of MEP installation and double-floor construction
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with hyperscale data centres or similar environments
• Familiarity with project management software
• Fluency in Finnish or English

Other Requirements:

• Ability to start immediately and commit for at least 18 months
• Must have a valid passport and right to work in Finland
