About The Role:

• Take full accountability for delivering the project safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team including project managers, engineers, and commissioning specialists.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee project risks, change management, and contractual obligations.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure technical excellence at every stage.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Director on large infrastructure or power projects exceeding €100m.
• Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, or M&E engineering.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Commercial acumen, with knowledge of contracts and risk mitigation.
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels, from site teams to executives.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Professional qualifications like Chartered Engineer or PMP.
• Prior experience in data centres or mission-critical environments.

Other Requirements:

• Must hold a valid passport or right to work in the UK/Ireland.
