About The Role:
- Manage and identify Extension of Time (EOT) claims on site
- Pass claims details to the designated point of contact for claim notices
- Support project teams in claims preparation and documentation
- Work closely with site teams and project managers
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
About You:
- Proven experience in claims management, especially EOT claims
- Site-based role with good understanding of construction processes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Previous experience with MEP or data centre projects preferred
- Ability to travel from the UK is considered
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with claims on complex projects
- Knowledge of Irish construction regulations
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work on-site full time
- Valid right to work in Ireland
