    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a Junior Planning Engineer to join our London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate (up to 2 years post-graduation) with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Construction-related experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
    As a Junior Planning Engineer, you will work on tenders and support ongoing data centre projects across Europe. You will gain hands-on experience in project planning and controls while contributing to the success of our projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using industry-standard software.
    • Support tender submissions by providing planning and scheduling input.
    • Analyze project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
    • Collaborate with project teams across multiple disciplines to monitor progress and resolve issues.
    • Assist in generating reports and dashboards for internal and client reviews.
    • Support the implementation of risk management and earned value management (EVM) techniques.
    • Work closely with senior planners and project managers to enhance project performance.
    • Ensure compliance with project planning standards and procedures.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • A recent graduate (up to 2 years) with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Exposure to construction-related projects is beneficial but not essential.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Eagerness to learn and develop in project planning and controls.
    • Eligibility to work in the UK and occasional travel to European project sites.
