The Role
As the Associate Regional Director (ARD) of Engineering, you will play a critical leadership role in supporting the Regional Director (RD) and ensuring excellence across the region. From guiding Engineering Managers to driving process improvements, your leadership will be instrumental in achieving operational success.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee regional staff organization and utilisation.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to senior engineers.
- Collaborate with the RD to develop and execute Annual Regional Operating Plans, including revenue and sales targets.
- Mentor and grow talent through ongoing development initiatives.
- Lead quality control efforts to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
- Serve as a technical expert on complex, high-profile projects.
- Manage client relationships and support strategic business growth.
- Review and approve financial reports, proposals, and business initiatives.
- Participate in special projects as needed.

We seek an accomplished leader with a proven track record of technical and managerial success.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including 8 years in management.
- Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Coaching and mentoring expertise.
- Physical fitness to handle tasks requiring lifting (up to 30 pounds) and climbing ladders.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
