We are currently looking for both Authorised Persons and Senior Authorised Persons to support long-term hyperscale data centre projects across the Netherlands..

These are excellent opportunities for experienced electrical professionals looking for long-term contract work on major European projects.

Positions Available

Authorised Person (AP)

• Issuing permits to work
• Performing MV/LV switching operations
• Applying and managing LOTO procedures
• Supervising contractors on site
• Responding to electrical incidents
• Conducting routine inspections of critical systems

Senior Authorised Person (SAP)

• Reviewing and authorising switching procedures
• Coordinating outages and critical maintenance activities
• Managing risk assessments and compliance
• Supporting incident escalation and root cause analysis
• Coaching and authorising AP personnel
• Overseeing overall electrical safety standards on site

Requirements

• Must have full relevant certification (LV or HV switching…)
• Previous AP / SAP or Responsible Person experience preferred
• Data centre experience is advantageous
• EU Passport holders are preferred
• UK workers may also be considered in future onboarding phases

Contract Details

• €70 – €85 per hour, all-in rate (varies upon role and experience)
• Initial 6-month contract
• Extensions available depending on project requirements and performance
• Projects ranging from short-term assignments through to 5-year programmes
• Working hours: 7:00am . 5:00pm

Location

Projects are primarily based in Eemshaven, Netherlands.
Most workers choose to stay in Groningen and commute to site daily due to accommodation availability and local amenities.
