Client Development Manager – UK and Europe Data Centre’s
We’re on the hunt for a Client Development Manager to drive growth in the fast-moving Data Centre recruitment industry. If you love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities with existing and new clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Negotiating contracts and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to new and existing clients
- Heavily embedded into the Data Centre Industry by attending events in and out of the UK
- Travelling across UK and Europe
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development, someone who has been a successful recruiter with the desire to travel and focus on client development would be ideal!
- A results-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships
- Knowledge of the Data Centre sector is a bonus but not essential
