About Us:
We are recruiting for a leading construction company delivering high-spec infrastructure projects across Europe. We are currently seeking a Commissioning Engineer to support the delivery of a major data centre project in Amsterdam. This is a key site-based role working alongside our project delivery team to ensure smooth handover of complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring all work meets project specifications and safety standards

• Collaborate closely with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives

• Monitor system testing and validation, identifying and resolving technical issues

• Maintain commissioning logs, plans, and documentation

• Support progress tracking to meet commissioning milestones and deadlines

• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated Level 3 or Level 4 commissioning experience, ideally on data centres or other mission-critical projects

• Strong understanding of electrical systems

• Excellent communication and site coordination skills

• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timelines

• EU passport or valid right-to-work in the Netherlands is essential

• Able to commit to working on-site full-time in Amsterdam or on a rotation basis for the contract duration
