As the business continues to grow and invest in its capabilities, we are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager/Lead to oversee multiple large-scale data center projects across the U.S.
This is a remote position with travel to job sites approximately 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex commissioning projects across the data center sector.

Develop and enforce best-in-class commissioning practices tailored for mission-critical environments.

Maintain thorough project documentation including plans, progress updates, change orders, and final reports.

Operate in a player/coach role-both managing a team of commissioning engineers and leading individual projects.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants.

Implement scalable quality assurance protocols aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

Participate in business development activities, including RFPs and client presentations.

Stay informed on the latest technologies and trends in commissioning and project delivery.

Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5-10 years of relevant technical experience in commissioning and project leadership.

Proven ability to manage project timelines, technical teams, and multiple stakeholders.

Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
