About The Role:

• Own the client relationship from onboarding to long-term adoption, ensuring ongoing value.
• Translate on-site performance data into meaningful insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive platform adoption, identify barriers, and implement improvement strategies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Customer Success team to scale rapidly.
• Collaborate with sales to support account retention and growth, providing strategic client insights.

About You:

• 10+ years of hands-on construction experience on major programs.
• Skilled at engaging with all levels of a construction organization, from field staff to executives.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles engaging C-Suite audiences and managing complex relationships.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, technology, and industry challenges.
• Passion for driving industry change and technology-led improvements.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with construction technology or software platforms.
• Project management or leadership certifications.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
