Your Role in the Team
As our Senior Estimator, you’ll:

• Take charge of the tendering process, collaborating with our Pre-Construction Director to identify and seize opportunities.
• Produce competitive and precise tender bids, ensuring every cost is accounted for and every opportunity maximized.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and design teams, acting as a trusted partner throughout the bid process.
• Coach and mentor junior estimators, sharing your expertise to help them grow.
• Lead tender adjudication meetings, present winning strategies, and contribute to seamless project handovers.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
Qualified: With ACIOB/SCSI accreditation and a third-level degree in Construction Management or Surveying.
Experienced: Data centre experience is essential for the role
Knowledgeable: Deeply familiar with contracts, materials, design, and planning techniques, as well as local subcontract markets.
Skilled: A master of pricing, procurement, negotiation, and cost estimation.
Detail-Oriented: Focused on identifying risks and opportunities in every project.
A Leader: Passionate about training and mentoring, with a track record of supporting team success.
