A leading global market leading contractor is actively seeking a Design Manager to work on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Germany with a huge pipeline of work globally. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value projects within a stable and rapidly expanding sector.
The role
- As the Design Manager, you will play a major role in delivering one of the largest data centre projects in Germany.
- Oversee project setting out, with a strong focus on coordinating architectural and engineering information.
- Manage the technical submittal process for all project elements, maintaining a system to track status in line with the contract programme.
- Liaise with the site team to ensure seamless integration of utilities and services between M&E engineers and utility providers.
Could this role be for you?
- Over 8 years’ experience as a Design Manager on Data Centre projects
- Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering or Architecture
- A strong understanding of data centre infrastructure and construction standards.
- Previous main contractor experience preferred
