    Your Role:
    As Electrical Construction Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our high-profile projects, ensuring every electrical aspect is executed flawlessly. You’ll be responsible for managing site operations, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving efficiency in all electrical construction activities.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Compliance and Safety: Oversee all aspects of health and safety on site, ensuring adherence to protocols and driving a culture of safety.
    • Enhance Safety Procedures: Continuously improve safety measures and housekeeping standards for all sub-contractors.
    • Manage Project Quality: Collaborate with the QA Manager to maintain the highest standards of electrical work quality.
    • Schedule and Resource Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring labour requirements are met and progress is tracked effectively.
    • Oversee Sub-Contractors: Manage sub-contractor activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
    • Handle Variations and Delays: Address and communicate any changes or delays in a timely manner.
    • Material Coordination: Ensure all materials are delivered, stored, and used as per agreed specifications.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Relevant Electrical Qualification: Essential qualifications such as City & Guilds Certificate, HNC/BTEC, or NVQ.
    • Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment; data centre experience is advantageous.
    • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required.
    • Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, ensure high-quality work, and maintain safety standards.
