    What You’ll Do:

    • Ensure Compliance & Safety: Oversee site safety, ensuring all subcontractors adhere to Health & Safety standards and housekeeping is top-notch.
    • Drive Quality: Manage site quality assurance in partnership with the QA Manager, maintaining the highest standards in all electrical works.
    • Lead & Coordinate: Manage subcontractor activities, ensuring progress aligns with project schedules and manpower requirements.
    • Plan Ahead: Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules for upcoming works and ensure the project remains on track.
    • Handle Variations: Track and manage any project variations or delays, keeping the Project Manager informed.
    • Control Materials: Ensure all plant materials on-site meet agreed specifications and are stored safely and securely.
    • Support Close-Out: Assist in the close-out of project items, including O&M Manuals, QA Files, and more.

    What You Bring:

    • Qualifications: Relevant Electrical Qualification, such as City & Guilds Certificate, HNC/BTEC, or NVQ.
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment. Data centre experience is advantageous.
    • Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills, with proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
