We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead with a strong focus on design, technical submittals, and collaboration with subcontractors to join our ambitious and dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Electrical Engineering function, providing regular updates to the Project Director and Client.
• Review and issue Technical Submittals, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Conduct detailed reviews of shop drawings submitted by subcontractors to ensure compliance and quality.
• Develop and issue comprehensive work packs to support efficient project delivery.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and vendors to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Manage a team of Electrical Engineers and Package Managers, driving excellence and productivity.
• Address technical challenges as they arise, providing innovative and practical solutions.
• Monitor and review engineering progress to ensure all design and technical milestones are achieved.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in a technical lead role within the construction sector.
• Strong background in reviewing and managing design documents, including shop drawings and submittals.
• Experience creating and managing work packs.
• Familiarity with MV & HV systems is a plus but not essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team.
