    What You’ll Do:
    As the Electrical Package Manager (OFCI), you will be the key interface between the client, vendors, and project stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of the OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) vendor packages are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll manage everything from engineering and installation to quality assurance and commissioning.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Vendor Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for OFCI vendor packages, ensuring they meet project requirements and timelines.
    • Project Delivery: Work closely with engineering, programme, and commissioning teams to ensure successful project execution.
    • Weekly Meetings: Lead weekly meetings with clients, OFCI vendors, and stakeholders to review progress and address any challenges.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement quality processes, from initial engineering approvals to on-site inspections, factory testing, and final handover.
    • Day-to-Day Management: Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring policies and procedures are strictly followed.
    • Issue Resolution: Escalate and resolve issues related to quality, programme delays, or construction challenges.
    • Client Relations: Maintain client security and confidentiality at all times while driving seamless communication across all stakeholders.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Project Management Expertise: Previous experience in managing large-scale installation projects, especially in the electrical or mechanical sectors.
    • Strong Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors, driving high-quality project delivery.
    • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in complex construction environments.
    • Problem-Solver: Skilled in handling industrial relations issues, escalating risks, and troubleshooting on-site challenges.
    • Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledge of health & safety best practices is crucial in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
